During the third quarter of 2012, the amount of individual loans disbursed for purchasing new and used home reached $1.525 billion at constant prices of IV quarter of 2005.

According to the Dane, of the total paid in the third quarter ($1,525 billion) $749.048 million were granted for purchase of housing new and $776.465 million were disbursed to housing used. This corresponds to a decrease of 7.1% over the same period in 2011; for housing new represents a reduction of 1.4% and housing used a decrease of 12.0%.

Housings financed: the number of houses financed declined 6.4% compared to the same quarter of 2011. This result is explained by the reduction of the housing used by 16.9%.

Results by entities: the value of credits provided by boxes and housing funds, the national savings fund and mortgage banking showed decreases of 93.7%, 27.8% and 3.5%, respectively.

Number VIS financed: the number of homes of interest social funded recorded an increase of 0.9% versus the same period of 2011; This behavior was due to the increase in the financing of new housing 16.4%.

During it run of the year to September of 2012, the value of them credits granted for purchase of housing was lower in 4.6% with respect to the same period of the year previous. The credits destined for housing used and new decreased 5.1% and 4.1%, respectively.

Financed housing. The number of houses financed declined 2.6%, this behavior is explained by the decrease in the number of used housing 7.1%, while the new increased 1.5%.

Results for entities. In the run of the year to September 2012, the amount of loans issued for home purchases declined due to lower outlays for boxes and housing (- 78.2%) funds, the national savings Fund (- 5.2%) and mortgage banking (- 4.3%).

The number funded VIS. The number of homes financed VIS showed an increase of 1.9% compared to the same period of the previous year, this behavior was mainly due to the increase recorded by housing VIS new 10.1%.

In the period between October 2011 to September 2012, the entities that finance housing gave $5.943.499 million (at constant prices of IV quarter of 2005), for the purchase of housing.

This corresponds to a decrease of 2.7% compared to the same period of the previous year; used housing were disbursed $3.073.497 million, which represented a decrease of 3.0% and $2.870.003 million were delivered to new housing which meant a decrease of 2.3%.

Housing financed: the decrease in the number of solutions financed of 1.3%, is explains basically by the reduction of 5.4% in the number of homes used.

Results by entities: the amount of them credits delivered for purchase of housing presented the following behavior: them boxes and funds of housing decreased 55.2% to the spend of $15.331 million of pesos in them twelve months to September of 2011 to $6.874 million in the same period of 2012, the Fund national of saving decreased 4.9% and the banking mortgage decreased 2.2%.

Number financed VIS: the total number of dwellings VIS financed increased by 1.4% compared to the same period of the previous year, behavior that was mainly due to the increase of 8.8% in new housing.
